Hello there Danny,
I was using the picture compressor tool you mentioned on your page here: thesims.dannycox.me.uk/links/
While getpaint.net does a good job, I just wanted to share about another tool, that I think looks better. After some exploring I found this other tool and I wanted to suggest you show it along that one.
[Link removed],
This tools allows you to compress both jpeg and png files and each picture can be up to 50 MB in size!
In hope I helped back,
Emma

Paint.NET is more than just a picture compressor tool, it's a full image editing application. As the tool you linked to is entirely online, I'd be concerned whether the images will be retained by the site owner. Regardless, the Other websites section on the Links page on Danny's The Sims Website just links to some websites or apps I used in the creation of the website, and as it's no longer updated, your tool cannot qualify for inclusion.

I realise they're only basic, but to say there are no games at all on Online Games is plain wrong! Your message prompted me to have a look at the site though and I've made a small number of minor improvements so thanks I suppose.

There's not really anywhere suitable for such articles on dannycox.me.uk -- certainly not the DCOWS Main Website Archives.

That's odd -- can you remember the grid when it happened? Contact me again using the form if you can. You shouldn't be able to win on that setting, only lose or draw, so something must have gone wrong...

Thanks for telling me. The picture has now been moved to the Oxford Circus page, and I've credited you (plus Jack who commented on the photo about it ages ago but I failed to actually look) on the homepage and in the photo's caption.

Thanks very much, you too. That web address doesn't seem to work by the way, which is unfortunate as I really would like to see where my web site is linked on there, as you put that address as the web site you found my web site on (how can you have found my web site on your own web site? Surely you must have already known about it? Though that might explain why the actual "how you found my site" selection is "

Hi, I think we should talk about links to each others websites, ours is [web address removed] the ashby school unofficial website. Theese links imporve both our website's ratings in google and similar search engines.

I'm afraid that website isn't suitable for my website's audience as it contains swearing.

I just bought the Sims complete collection and have never played a Sims game before, I used the tutorial but only found it simplistically helpful.
I can't get my family of Sims ready and dressed in morning on time, they are unhappy and I don't understand what they want, I check there mood but don't know how to fix most of it.
They are in a small house and I can't build bigger.
I know this is alot and there is alot more but I think you get the idea, where do I find the real basic answers so I too can enjoy this game.

If you buy an alarm clock (buy mode / electronics I think), you're Sims will be woken up two hours before the carpool arrives, which is plenty of time to do the basic morning stuff normally (especially as you don't actually have to go to the carpool or bus until 45 minutes until after it arrives). What I normally do, is get all my Sims up at 6 am, then get one of them to serve breakfast while the others use the toilet then take a shower. Once they've finished eating, if there's time, get the remaining Sim who hasn't already done so to take a shower and use the toilet. If you've got a Sim who doesn't have work or school at 9, get them to do the breakfast. Don't go for the car or bus until 45 minutes past the hour, but make sure you don't miss it, as it will leave if you don't get in before an hour has past since it arrived. This morning routine will fulfil your Sims bladder, hygiene and hunger needs. When they get home from work or school, I normally get them to watch TV to fulfil the fun need.

Have you tried hovering over each need? You'll be given basic information on them. If I remember rightly, there are two needs left - social and room. To improve your social, you need to click on other Sims and talk to them, entertain them etcetera. To increase room, you need to clean up mess, add decorations, and improve lighting (by adding more windows for day, and lights for night).

I hope you understand what I'm saying, and have fun! (By the way, if you haven't already guessed, I'm writing this all from memory, as I haven't played The Sims 1 for ages.)
